Warranty and service
If product quality problems arise during normal use that are due to manufacturing, material, or design defects, you can claim under your warranty. The motherboard is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, and the battery and charger are covered by a six-month warranty. No warranty is provided for defects caused by the user, such as: defects caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification of the watch, or by accidental drops during use. All defects caused by humans and misuse by third parties (e.g., water damage to the casing, cracks caused by external forces, scratches, damage to peripherals, etc.) are excluded from the warranty.
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please provide a receipt showing the purchase date. Return the product to us or one of our dealers for repair.
